Summary

Spencer Lowell, the leader of the Lowell Sect, asked his subordinate, Zachary Grant, to find his wife Mavis Joule and his daughter Sharon Lowell whom he felt sorry for. He wanted to let Mavis take over the Lowell Sect. Unfortunately, he passed out before he could reveal the fact that his illegitimate son, Terence Lowell, was actually Mavis’ son. Zachary went to Mavis and told her about Spencer’s last words, but Mavis turned him down, so Zachary could only dissolve the Lowell Sect. After Zachary left, the ruffian Jason Esther bullied Mavis and even killed Sharon. The other villagers were also helping him. At Sharon’s funeral, Jason humiliated Mavis again. Mavis couldn’t stand it anymore. She contacted Zachary and said that she was willing to take over the Lowell Sect.
