Summary

Three years ago, at Shallow Bay, Wania Shawn, the eldest daughter of the Shawn family, discovered an affair between Mateo Gomez and her half-sister Annie Shawn. During a sudden fire breakout, she inadvertently lost the jade pendant her mother had left her while trying to save Tatum Lopez, the young master of the Lopez family, from the flames. Three years later, Tatum, now paralyzed from the waist down due to the fire, could never forget Wania, who had saved him and gone missing. He then chose to propose to Wania. And so, with their respective secrets, Wania and Tatum embarked on a life of mutual testing and assistance.
