Summary

Xyla Yates, the youngest disciple of the Pryne Sect, seizes the opportunity to murder her master while the other disciples are away. She steals the life-saving potion and delivers it to her beloved in the Weldran Sect, subsequently joining the Weldran Sect herself. Susan Brown, the elder disciple of the Pryne Sect, buries her master and accidentally uncovers a broken sword. To her astonishment, it is the legendary Javelis Sword. She brandishes the sword and storms into the Weldran Sect, shattering their thousand-year-old stone monument with a single strike. She vows to purge the sect and avenge her master's death.
